Free Books

Save money by going to a local Library and using one of their PCs for free; printed pages cost about 10 cents per page — not bad considering at home you have to buy paper and ink cartridges.  You can even order books from the library at the comfort of your own home and set a time to pick it up.
Libraries are a great way to save money on books and movies. By loaning these from your library you are able to save costs involved with either buying these books or movies, or renting them. If you are looking for a classic book that may be in the public domain then you could also consider looking online and downloading them for free at http://www.gutenberg.org.  This website has over 25,000 books, including audio books absolutely free.  There are also free books available at http://books.google.com. Google scans the full text for you to read.
In addition, the library offers free courses, i.e. computer courses, lectures, social events and discussion groups.  Also, do you know some libraries and museums give out free passes to museum? If you are thinking of traveling, visit your destinations’ Chambers of Commerce for information and they sometimes even offer coupons and discounts to local events.
